We offer a Tenant Portal for our tenants to make paying rent on time simple and free of charge. You do have the option to pay via credit card but there is a charge for this form of payment which is a % of the amount being paid. This is charged by a third party vendor therefore you will not see this fee on your tenant ledger.
Paying directly from your bank account using EZpay is always free.
This Tenant Portal also allows our tenants to make 24/7 maintenance requests. Once you submit your request on line it creates a Work Order which is dispatched to our techs. Please allow 24 hours for a non-emergency request to be addressed.
For emergencies you can call our after hours line at 214.293.4556. This line is monitored but if prompted to leave a voice message please do as someone does check this and will get back to you ASAP. We also ask that even if an emergency that you do still submit through the Tenant Portal as all requests we need in writing.
